browser displays helvetica as italic

browser displays helvetica as italic even though I've completely removed all helvetica fonts i could find, and its still not displaying arial this happened when i installed helvetica

Windows 8 Pro w/MC 32-bit

You might try a system restore back to a time when fonts worked properly.
