64-bit browsers?
I now have a pre-release x64 Flash Player installed on my IE x64. However, I don't want to be limited to just IE. Are any of the other browsers available as x64 yet?

Hello,
Try Minefield, you will see the speed. Best browser in the WEB. You may try IE 9 tests on Minefield then you see which is faster.
Address is here. Try 4th line from bottom.
Index of /pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-trunk
Test page is here.
Internet Explorer 9 Test Drive
Best regards,
You have an unsupported extension in Minefield.
Open Minefield and go to "Add-ons" by selecting it from the drop down menu or typing "Ctrl+Shift+A":
Disable them one by one until the error message is no longer present at the start up of Minefield.
Once you find the offending add-on, look for an update or a version specifically designed to work with the x64 build of Minefield.
If you have any other questions, Case1, please post them. I think, eventually, you'll enjoy the x64 build and, sooner or later, it will be the de-facto Mozilla build - I just hope it's sooner!
Mikedl,
Thank you so much for the help! It was the Skype extension that was causing the problem, I will now look for an update or version that might work
The other add on I noticed was JAVA 6.0.22...do you know if there is a different JAVA I am going to need with Minefield or will this one work?
Casey
I'm glad you solved that issue, Case1, especially with my blatant error of mentioning only "extensions" when I should have also mentioned "plug-ins". You're a smart individual.
The Java 6.0.22 64bit version should work fine, Case1, it does for me. :)
I actually tried the Java7 beta (a few weeks ago, I haven't tried it with the latest FF x64 builds) but it wouldn't load properly even though FF 4.0b8pre showed the extension loaded, sites utilizing Java failed to work properly so I went back to the released x64 6.0.22 Java version (you can have both the 32bit and 64bit Java versions installed simultaneously without issue).
I have Skype installed but I don't use the FF extension. I wish I could be of more help regarding it. Sorry.
These are the only plug-ins I'm using with my x64 FF 4.0b8pre:
I'm only using one extension but I won't be mentioning it here; I turn it off for this site, however.
Does anyone know why I would have trouble getting Gotomeeting to work with Google Chrome? When I try to use this program it freezes and doesn't load...I have only had this problem on my new computer. Gotomeeting only works on IE...as a matter of fact it won't work with FF either. I have Win 7 64 bit.
Thanks,
Casey
