Could you show a screenshot of it and point it out so we know exactly what blur you're referring to?

Yeah, that's not normal. Or at least a setting effect of Windows. Possibly something screwed up with your IE9 install maybe.

Turn off Hardware Acceleration in IE9, restart it and see if it still happens.

That doesn't work funny thing it cleared up a little then went back to blur

This was actually happening before i installed IE 9 beta i installed this about half hour ago hoping that would fix the isssue

I even reset it back to default and still the blur

Is there a tool or anything ?

I can use other browsers if i really need to but this is like a major screwjob right here lol

Does it happen with normal IE8? Before you ever installed IE9?
Does it happen in anything else, or any other browser?
What version number of IE9 are you using in Programs and Features?
What version number of Flash player are you using in Program and Features?

It just started 2 days ago

I have the Latest flash player I mentioned before i can use other browsers fine
just the IE is screwed up before when i was using 8 it was fine till the other day 2-DAYS ago Then all of the sudden it had this blurr effect I think i even saw the feature and ignored it but it has been enabled

All my other browsers firefox chrome netscape are all fine The IE decided it wanted to do something special for me and Failed at it lol

Anyway i can transfer my favorites over to firefox I should have been using it in the first place

You think MS will have a info pack on this situation or if i do a search on this on one of the engines ? google it ? I might be able to get it taken care of or is there a way to uninstall IE and Reinstall?

    You could follow this -
    Internet Explorer 9 - Uninstall

But you really didn't answer my last 2 questions. Specifics..

I don't think it would be a feature that is enabled or disabled with some setting in the sense. I mean, unless you've tinkered with the default settings or accessibility in the first place? Is it just on that MSN page, what about other sites, does it still happen?
