flash problem for standard users

Flash works on my admin account but not my other accounts. I do not have any program blocks turned on. The shockwave and flash test pages work. I have flash installed and am using ie8 32bit. I have checked ie settings and don't see anything different, but I must be missing something. Help please!?

Thanks, Brian

Do standard users need a password?
I'm the only person using my computer (usually). I have the secret Administrator account turned on and password protected. And my day-to-day account is a Standard account. Do I really need to password protect my standard account? What are the reasons to? Thanks in advance.
