Hi dharrt49 and welcome to Windows 7 Forums

Who is your ISP? If your email is provided by them, you should be able to get the required information from their website.

Hello,

See if you can find your POP3/SMTP from the list of these Providers:
Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server Settings for Hotmail, Yahoo, Google GMail, AOL, MSN and more
SMTP and POP server address of the major ISP

Hope these helps, if not please let us know.
