Page doesn't load properly - what's the cause?
The page doesn't load properly every now and then and looks kind of broken.
For example, the table codes are not loaded so the left column appears as usual (but looks weird) the middle column ends up below the left column (it should be on the right of the left column if it is loaded properly). The regular bluish background doesn't load and I only see a white background.
What is the cause of this problem?
Is it a problem with the webhost server (it did not send the data well)?
A problem with my web browser (shouldn't be the case..)?
A problem with my internet connection?
or a problem with my OS and software (other than the browser)?
