"Search" box outline faint

Hi, I'm a Windows 7 newbie. I can barely see the outline of the userid/password/box on my internet web sites. Is there any way to make the outline darker?

They should be different for every website since they are displayed by the website and should be just as easy or hard to see as the rest of the page. In IE, you could try Tools/Internet Options/Accessibility.
