Windows 7: Why my network speed diffrent?

Why my network speed diffrent?

My Network router show my DSL "Upstream Speed 190kbps and Downstream Speed 575kbps " but if i check my connection speed in i receive different speeds. So why is that?

Speedtest sometimes make a mistakes.
I think you sholud try on different server,or you can try this site: - Internet DSL Speedtest

See my results to speedtest and I have 8MBits,and as you can see the results is better.

Is it possible that those are the speeds you are nominally paying for, not an actual measurement? Also, do you mean not

Could be just the amount of traffic your isp is putting up with from moment to moment, the speed is to give you an average it will never come out exactly the same every time even with a different server..I just wish that isp's would use the same upload/download ratio instead of limiting the upload! That's my gripe...
