    live mail 2011 - where is my previous database?


    I just upgraded to Windows 7 from Vista, and installed live mail 2011. It did not automatically find my data. Where would I find my previous data in order to import it?

    (Everytime I upgrade Windows live it's the same old story)

    If you did not fomat, try windows.old

    Thanks. You are correct. But the tech that upgraded me failed to realize that I should have exported all my live mail data before the upgrade. All my Vista data was backed up. Do you have any suggestions?

    If you did not have too much you can get it from .old that is why it is there.

Is there a way to delete your mail in the delete folder with one click instead of doing each one separate? I can't seem to find it if there is.
I recently updated to the 2011 version of Live Mail and now I am missing a large number of emails from most of my storage folders! I need them back!! Would they have been removed & archived during the update? Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!
