WLM 2011- Moving Folders Within Local Folders

Have many (300+) email folders as sub-folders within Local Folders. When I want to save an email, I 'drag/drop(paste)' the email in the appropriate folder (is faster than choosing the 'move to folder' procedure).
However, when hurrying (and not paying attention), I sometimes inadvertently move an email folder to be a sub-folder of another email folder. (I.E. a sub-sub-folder of Local Folders.)

To move it back to it's original sub-folder status 'under' Local Folders, I have to 'drag' it all the way 'up' to the Local Folder 'heading' and 'drop' it. Takes a long time !

There is no 'move' option when right-click on the email folder.

    Any suggestion?

My suggestion would be not to "drag" anything. That is a very unprecise method and you get the effects you are seeing. Move to folder... may take a bit longer, but it is always correct.

Also, if you keep 300+ email folders, you might want to do some weeding - unless it is for a business.

    Thanks for the suggestions.

300+ mail folders - partially for business.

Will try the 'move to folder' for a while ... 'drag' method may not be as precise - though much faster ... but maybe it takes getting used to 'move' will help.

Never had a problem the OE6 ... WLmail seems a step backwards.
