ie9rc-64bit-errors with flash sites

hello guys,
i have problems with sites as autodesk.com, that have flash elements.
the error occurs only with the 64bit-internet-explorer, 32bit works ok.
i have adobe square installed, ie8 works fine with the site.
if i update to ie9rc, i get the attached errors.
where is the problem?

Is it necessary to install the 64-bit version if I am on a 64-bit OS? I think there may be a few problems with the 64-bit version.

The 32-bit package won't even install on 64-bit systems, the 64-bit installer contains both x32 and x64 versions, there are no issues with the 64-bit version

Everything is good, so far.

Great tips here, thanks to all that have contributed, and for the tutorials that are popping up already.

Have you tried uninstalling and install with this standalone package?

I installed the x64 version and my computer updated both the X32 and X64 versions to IE9 RC

My guess is the reason for this is if you want to run Windows 7 in the XP mode though I could be wrong on this
