I wouldn't mind being wrong, but that's usually their time zone.

I know that they usually announce that something is going to be released at so-and-so Eastern Standard or Pacific Standard time, but it would help a lot of people if they could also announce the equivalent GMT time as well. It would make it far easier for people elsewhere in the world to convert to their local times.

Thanks. But it now looks like if the tabs are under the address bar (One box), the IE9 set up loses some of its minimalism - at least to my eyes.

Remember that it's just an option. IE will still look like the picture below by default, with the tabs below being activated only by a right click context menu.

    RC Escrow build
    Attachment 137576
Right. Thanks. But I am guessing not too much customization is possible with it though.
I'm dreading IE9, if that's the case. It's one thing to have a super-minimalistic look as the default, but I think it's really horrifying if they've taken away the user's option to make it more easily USABLE!

Don't worry, there is the option to change it if you want to. What I'm not too pleased about is that Microsoft kept the title bar empty even when the window is maximized. I'd rather it look something like Firefox or Chrome where the title bar had the tabs when the window was maximized.

Yeah. I agree. But that is one thing that I do not expect MS to change - though I can't find a reason why it should remain - though I have been told that it allows for a much easier resizing of the browser (I don't buy that argument).
