Using Windows Favorites in Start Menu w/ Firefox 3.5

I have added the Favorites menu to my start menu in Win 7 like it used to be in XP and vista, so I can go to favorites and load a bookmarked Web page faster and not having to open the browser, is there a way to make the favorites link in Start menu open to FF3.5 instead of IE8??

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks!

Tools > Options > Advanced > General Tab > System Defaults > Always check to see if Firefox is the default browser

then open IE or go into the Control Panel to Internet Options

Tools > Internet Options > Programs > Remove check for

"Tell me if Internet Explorer is not the default browser"
