I've no problem with any of the links you posted. What do you get if you try to ping www.bbc.net.uk ?

all i get is a error message that says
The server has encountered an error

An exception has been thrown on the page you are trying to access. The error has been logged and the site admin will take the necessary action to prevent such error.

It is also possible that the server is currently experiencing high loads, so please try again later by clicking on the Back button on your browser. If the problem persists, you can contact the site admin.
    Please try the following:

    • Click the Back button to try another link.

ASPPlayground.NET Forum Software but High Lifter - The Leader In Custom After-Market ATV Accessories works fine only High Lifter Forums will not load. thanks for helping me

Is that page shown in the image in my post above the one you're trying to reach? If it is, I've just tried it again with no problem.

Ah. I thought that that was what it was, but I just wanted to make sure.

I've just tried the link again, and it's still working for me. You could try emailing the site Admin as the message suggests to see if there is any reason for this behaviour. Seeing as though you can't access the site and I can, here is the link: Contacting Us
