Thanks to A Guy and others. All fixed. Got the instructions from Crush on PC help forum. All going, both 32bit and 64bit can be used (MS IE8) to see videos on Youtube and pages from websites and catalogs.

That isn't a Flash error, that is a script error from IE. Have a look here:

Error message: "A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly"
