Importing HTML messages in "Live Mail" - can you do it?

I prepared in openoffice a html newsletter to send out.

Now, in Outlook I can "Insert File->" and insert a html file and it works great.

In Windows Live Mail, can I also insert a html file in the same way?
How can I import that html file like I do in Outlook?

You can add this file in a email as attachment in insert. WLM looks at Office 2010 or office 2011 (for mac), but with less option. For lambda user, It is enough. For a company it's too limited.

In WLM it looks like all we can do to "Insert...in line" is to display the file in your browser and then copy and paste it in the message body.
