IE9 Seperate Address Bar and Search Bar?

Hi guys.

I've just installed IE9, and I was just wondering if it's at all possible to make the "One Bar" into seperate Address Bar and Search Bar, like it was back in IE8.

How do I get Outlook to search all of my Address Book?
