Flash player exiting full screen randomly

Hi i have this annoying problem with flash player that i never used to have back on flash 9 something, Seems any build of flash from 10.1 to 10.3 all keep exiting full screen on there own when watching video.

It happens on 2 computers of mine, both running windows 7 and both home built with similar but different specs, The same is they both have Ati Radeon HD series cards although different generations, they both have amd cpu's one is a phenom II x4 @ 3ghz and the other is a athlon x2 5000x @ 2.6ghz, They are both running 64bit windows 7 ultimate, 1 is on a gigabyte board the athlon and the other is on a biostar board the phenom II, The gigabyte board is actually newer and can support 6core chips my biostar can't and has biggest cpu i can drop in it, the gigabyte pc will be getting upgraded to a 6 core chip most likely when i get the cash,

Anyway it really pisses me off when i'm wanting to watch tv in bed at say justin.tv or another video site and then have to get up out of bed and click the dang full screen button again, This happens in 32bit or 64bit browsers, so / any, If anyone knows of a work around it would be much appreciated,

A buddy of mine said to disable aero but i don't want to do that if that's the cause as it isn't really a solution that works for me as i like my aero / thumbnails and stuff, No other video player's do that on my system accept flash player.

I would also like to note it sometimes go for an hour or so withing exiting full screen and then sometimes its minutes, like 5 minutes or 10 minutes, It also happens on a dual monitor setup i have in living room and single monitor setup in bedroom, It stays in full screen if a click around on other monitor on dual monitor setup but will still do the same jump out of full screen randomly crap my other pc in bedroom does that has single monitor, *edit to clear things up, it happens on both a single monitor and a dual monitor setup, again any help appreciated thanks,

usually you make changes to the Adobe flash player via it's settings option..
right-click on the player, while it's running and check your settings at the Adobe site..

    - they have a pretty good FAQ help-section there, as well..

Thanks but not it, I looked through all the settings, It's weird i think I'm the only one posting about this as a problem, I tried searching the net for a solution but they all involve the dual screen hack we used to use on flash 9x for dual monitors, I'm off to update my catalyst it's been a cpl months since i last updated perhaps its a catalyst bug, or at least im hoping,

Is it a specific browser? or all of them? What browsers are you experiencing the problem on?

It happens in all browsers (not sure about chrome), but i can do some more test. I will be watching something sitting back not on the computer and flash will just go back into a window on its own, older flash 9.x versions never done it.
