Organize Favorites

    Organize Favorites


    When I selet Organize Favorites I get this:

    That allows you to create a new sub folder under Favorites in your user account. You can then move certain links into the new sub while browsing the account folders. Want a new "Preferred" folder?

    This is what MS Help shows:

    Organize Favorites-fav3.png

    but I get that blank page. What am I missing?

    Is Favorites blank as well when you click on it?

    No, Favorites works find. Just that one problem.

    Jim,

    You might see if completely resetting IE9 may help afterwards. If not, then you might see if uninstalling and reinstalling IE9 may.

    Tried reset and no joy. I guess I will have to Bing it tomorrow and see what I can find. Reinstall will be my last choice.

    I think you were correct with the first reply on the need to redownload a fresh copy of IE 9. It sounds like he saw a bad install for some reason. With one click here all favorites were visible in the organizer suggesting an incomplete install.

    I uninstalled IE9 and IE8 has the same problem. I reinstalled IE9 and still no joy. I will let it go for now as I am planning a clean install next month. Thanks for all the help.
