Prevent IE9 Exiting on Last Tab Closure

Installed IE9. How can you prevent IE9 from exiting when closing the last tab?

Windows 7 x64 pro/ Windows 7 x86 Pro/ XP SP3 x86

You cant as far as I know. In chrome you have this extension called Last man standing that does this job, but nothing for IE. But you can turn off tabs completely.
