contextual menus in FF4

Is it possible to re-order the contextual menus in FF4, I'd greatly prefer "open in new window" to be above "open in new tab"?

Speeding up fly-out menus
I have the icons for Computer, Control Panel etc set to fly out sub-menus on hover. But it is painfully slow - sometimes 2-3 seconds. How can I speed that up? Registry setting somewhere?
