Most Popular Sites last only one session!

I visit a site four or five times a day and after closing it the MOST POPULAR SITES
are all goone!! So far this component is inexplicably useless. Has absolutely no value compared to how FF, Chrome, and even Safari handle this feature.

Guess you must be using Internet Explorer either version 8 or 9 ?
Have to agree that Most Popular Sites on a new tab is a useless feature I want to be able to add my own sites.
Not much user choice in Internet Explorer that's why I use Opera.

Are you clearing your history on close ? If so, there is nothing left to show.
Another thought, are you using Private Browsing?

Thank you very much for help. Using IE9. Save history each time and have spent close to hour attempting to bypass In Private Browsing and have failed utterly. The clockwise small circle arrow in address bar along with x indicates IPB functioning--just cannot defeat or neutralize it. All other major browsers handle this no snap. Cannot even correct it with supposedly helpful InPrivateIE downloaded utility also worthless. (Wish could use opera but that was battle to maintain non-html bookmarks which always disappeared after while because Opera has different bookmarks file format. To heck with losers at MS. Will just use FF. thanks
