How to Forward mail using Google

I have just started using Google Mail and received an e-mail which I want to forward to a friend but cannot find a link of any kind to Forward mail.

Thanks for any help.

Hi, the forward button is near the bottom of the opened email.

Roadrunner is correct...

At the very bottom of each mail you have the forward button

just open the email you want to forward and look for the word "actions" on the right, open this and you will see "forward" thats it

Just open the email you want to forward and look for the word "actions" on the right, open this and you will see "forward", thats it. why it isnt on the task bar is a mystery that only the anorak nerdyt bods that make up these things understand
