I work for a construction company and cannot open an email that is encrypted. Can anyone tell me what to do?

hi cford123, and welcome to sevenforums,

there are quite a few ways of encrypting/decrypting emails depending on the software used by the originator, so i suggest you contact the sender and ask for help there.
