IE9 problem opening up website

My computer just yesterday stopped opening up's website. When I put in the URL it changes it to Find Jobs. Build a Better Career. Find Your Calling. | and then does nothing. The little circle in the taskbar that circles when loading or reloading just spins continuously. I don't know if it always changed it to that before or not. What does ?disRE=true mean? The website will open with Firefox. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi k9midas and welcome to SF! :)
I typed "" and this would be the start page - see below?
After adding "? DISR = true" to the address I was taken to the page "". Try loading the site through the address to which I was directed. If not, press Ctrl + Shift + Del, delete browsing history and then try browsing again.
Let us know the results.
