Firefox 5 Beta 5 is out.

Guess they skipped Beta 4 altogether.

Seems they've removed the Channel Switcher on this one, this version will probably become the final if there's no more big bugs found.

Weird that channel switcher is gone. Wasn't it one of FF 5's new features in the first place?

Meh ... I won't miss it :P I wish the multiple account login feature which was in the rumours was actually implemented

The ability to sign into different accounts on the same service (like facebook or hotmail) without using a second browser would've been really useful ... I guess that will show up in Firefox 8 or 9 or something like that! lol!

Beta 5 seems to have much improved RAM usage. It actually is freeing up RAM after I close tabs! About time!

Firefox 5 Beta 6 is on Mozilla's FTP.

Think it's only about a week until F5 is scheduled to RTW.

Yeah seems they skipped Beta 6 & went straight to Beta 7, must of been a big bug found somewhere or something.
