    I want to stop receiving emails from this forum please help me


    Is there any way I can stop receiving emails every time someone posts a comment on a topic i've left a message on...

    goto your user control panel (user CP link at top of page)

    press 'edit options' on the left-hand side of the page >> default thread subscription mode

I know this because I still am receiving emails on my old computer, and there is an occasional one on my old computer, which is not on my new...
sorry its of topic but everytime somebody posts in a thread that i have posted in on here i keep getting an email saying so, i cant seem to find an option to turn it off. any help? thanks
