Fade to Black on one web site

I have a friend with a problem that I've tried to fix and so far no luck. He has Win 7 64 bit and I.E.9.

He has a problem with one web site only, Guitar Center, that when he views any item on the site it will load the page then it goes to a black display (not black screen, just the I.E.9 display). Guitars, Musical Instruments, and Musical Equipment from Guitar Center

I've had him update Java, as the site heavily relies on Java but that didn't help. His I.E.9 add-ons list is exactly like mine so that isn't the problem. He has Microsoft Security Essentials with the default settings, same as me. He has the same ISP (Brighthouse cable/Roadrunner), etc.

Compatibility View does not help, either.

I have checked html sources of that website. When user clicks on an item ajax function is activated: background blacks-out and picture of an item pops up. In source code they actually refer to it as popup. May be there are some settings somewhere, which are blocking this popup script. Is the some extra pop-up/script blocking utility?

What about Privacy mode? Does same thing happens in Privacy mode?
Other browsers?

I'll have the user check his I.E.9 setup. I thought I set it up exactly like mine.

The user refuses to install another browser so he can compare.

Thanks

Talking to the user via phone, it appears his I.E.9 and security is set up exactly like mine. His Java, flash and shockware are up to date. I had the user reset the "Advanced" settings in I.E.9 and that didn't help either.

Back to square 1.

Then can your friend be so kind to share a screenshot?

That's just about an impossibility with the users PC skills. I'm going to have to make a visit and try to get the problem resolved.

Windows Live Movie Maker - Can I fade in AND fade out a single clip?
I have one clip in the timeline. I would like it to fade in from black and fade out from black. I know I can split the clip and fade in the first half and fade out the second half but there is always a little 'skip' in audio where the split was made. Any ideas?
