No display, IE9 , very urgent

Hi,
A form does not open in IE9 not even in compatibility mode but it displays in IE6 on a friend's computer.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1, Windows 8.1 Pro x64, Windows 10 Pro x64
 
 

It works for me. Try pressing F12 when on that site and change the browser mode to IE 8

It may be a setting for popups, or in you Anti-virus that's not letting you get there.
