Error Message

I get the following error message when I try to open a URL that has been sent to me in Email:This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. This is my computer and I'm the admimistrator. I know the URL's are good, as I can send them to myself from the site that I have opened, but then not open them from the Email. Everything seemed to be fine until I installed explorer 9. I have tried uninstalling, but when I go back to 8, I still can't open the URL. What can I do???

Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Reset (often fixes a lot of IE problems). You might also make sure your email security settings are not too restrictive.
