Windows 7: Shockwave Player Likes To Crash

Shockwave Player Likes To Crash

I use Google Chrome, and I watch Youtube, And it will randomly crash Its really annoying, I try to refresh and ignore the problem and see if it will go away and it keeps doing it, Sometimes the problem will not persist and it will stop for a few days and then it will start up, Does running iTunes have anything to do with it? I always thought iTunes used shockwave player for album work display. Or, It could be that It's busy? I have no clue. Maybe an update?

Adobe - Test Adobe Shockwave Player

Go to this link and make sure you have the latest Shockwave player installed. It will do so automatically usually. If a security pop up occurs click allow to update.

Shockwave not Flash Athene.

After testing and installing if needed updated Shockwave in my first post then if you still have problems.
Refering to my Snip below.

Click #1 Tools on IE
Then click the Toolbars and extensions.

As you can see there are two Shockwave listed on mine. You may only have one.
Make sure they say ENABLED.

If Disabled highlight each app and the button at #3 will say ENABLE not disable as on mine.
Click ENABLE for both if two are listed.

When done click CLOSE.
