Can you get the add-on to work in FireFox 4. I'm still using 3.6 and although the add-on installs, there is no add-on to load, I've searched the entire firefox browser the only thing I come across is it's listed in the add-ons.

i think the op knows its installed but cannot find it anywhere in firefox ,i have to say i came across the same problem it doesnt show anywhere, despite showing as installed in extensions .
This add-on is not properly developed, there are comments on firefox page regarding this add-on people getting it work, is it really working for them ?

no its nowhere to be seen in FF4, it shows as installed in extensions but there is no icon or any mention of it in a menu, time to remove it methinks.

Do you have a Google Reader account?
from here Pure Reader - Download
Once you install Pure Reader on Firefox, Google Reader's interface will immediately be updated. The new design looks cleaner and more elegant, devoting plenty of space for text and images, and focusing on what's important – that is, the news you read.

Bongo beat me to it. Pure Reader is just a skin for Google RSS Reader.
