.iaf file to import to thunderbird

hi, i have windows mail and migrating over to thunderbird i have managed to manually do all my msgs, but my settings i cant seem to export then import the files.

windows mail have iaf as settings files
and also mail pass view wont also pick up password and settings, any other ideas to get the settings working without totally imputting again?

An .mpg file won't import into iTunes for Windows
Is there some sort of free converter software that converts .mpg to mp3? Also, there are .mp3 files that won't import to iTunes which leaves me puzzled. All the contents of a certain album out of a certain discography won't import to iTunes.

How to import Thunderbird archives to Outlook 2010
