    Lost Icons & Bookmarked Folder


    Here I am again guys... looking for your expertise!

    First of all, I am missing a folder (at least one that I know of since I've tried to access it today) in my drop down Bookmarks. It's filled with many site addresses. I've even checked inside all my other folders to make sure it wasn't hiding. No luck.

    Then I've lost all of those icons that I added to my toolbar. Icons like "dictionary", "youtube", "gmail", "yahoo", "google" and many others that I can't think of right now.

    I don't even have a refresh button anymore.

    There aren't any of those little drop down arrows where I can just re-add stuff.

    I'm at a loss here... literally.

    Can you help?

    Anybody? Please help. In trying to solve it myself, I've lost more stuff related to the Bookmarks drop down menu.

PDF bookmarked files from Word

Using FrameMaker and Adobe Acrobat I can create PDF files that include a navigation pane with bookmarks that are hot links into the displayed PDF document. I would like to do this same thing using Word. Do I need Acrobat to do this? (Acrobat is expensive). Also, which revision of Word do I need?...
A number of C:\ folder icons are showing shortcut-folder hybrid icons... 1) when] to my knowledge, these hybrid icons are new. But I wouldn't bet that big on my memory. 2) maybe why?] to the best I can ascertain, they appeared at the same time a number of these files became locked...
Lost Icons

Yesterday after applying custom icons, I lost all the icons for all Office programs and pds. I have deleted the iconcache, set program defaults, tried "open with". I tried a system restore to the time before changing the library icons but it wouldn't do anything, it stayed on the "initializing"...
