    The best (FREE) Email ?

Hey guys, new to the forum, just a quick one (cant see my question in the search results)

I am wondering what is the free email service out there at the moment.

I have just tried gmx.com which i think is really good, but is there anything i could have missed?

I use gmail. Get almost no spam, and it's uptime is in the 99% bracket.

I'd have to say the best free mail is between gmail and yahoo with reliability in mind, but I would go with gmail because you need to pay for yahoo mail plus in order to be able to use it in email clients.

You can forward messages from yahoo I use it from the Opera mail client.
Not familiar with GMX . Gmail is probably the best that I know compare it to that.

Ahh thats fowarding I think he meant pop. That is one of the reasons I stopped using yahoo mail as it blocked half the feautures for so called 'Yahoo Plus' where you have too pay so much a year to use the features. They enabled some basic features again since I last used it but its still restricted too much. Am not sure Yahoo realize gmail offers all the features free of charge and don't post loads of crap about pizza adverts on my home page.

Might be a good idea to read this: Blacklisting of GMX

As the above poster says...GMX for some reasons gets blacklisted...for instance... craigslist doesn't allow GMX to be used to respond to a sales listing etc...

I personally use Gmail...but I suppose anything goes. The most important for me is the seamless integration between android etc...

I say yahoo. It has unlimited storage. I don't really care that you cant use it with other mail clients, thats not an issue for me. You can, however, use it on mobile devices of all sorts.
