Can't stretch browser to full height

Ever since received my new laptop comes with default Windows 7 Pro 32bit, I realised got this issue been laying in my unit. During initial start-up, the browser will looks normal and fit to screen. However after a while, it shrink to a size which I can't adjust it to the max full height on my screen.

The brown area on top is my desktop background and the area coverage from my browser is already max from what you can see. I can't seems to be able to drag it and cover the the brown area to make it fully fit my screen. It doesn't only affect my browser but to the rest of my applications as well.

What's wrong with my system or is there any settings I need to look into it?

Do you have this issue in a particular website? or in different websites?

Nothing got to do with website. It's the browser & program which can't maximize to full screen and always leave 3mm gap on top of the screen.

If all the programs and browser exhibits the same behaviour, it could be display resolution issues. if only the Browser exhibits this issue, just right click on the icon of browser. click properties and select Maximized on the run program mode. I hope this helps :)

    Full Screen

In addition to maximizing, hit the F11 key, which instantly gives you a Full Screen. It toggles, so just hit it again if it does not help.
