    It is not installed by default anymore, it is now part of the Windows Live Essentials (Essentials - Windows Live).

    Hello Golden, and welcome to Seven Forums.

    Windows 7 does not come with a email client. However the free Windows Live Mail can be downloaded and used instead. The tutorials below may be helpful while using it.

    Now Its been intergrated into Windows Update, when you update, Windows live Essentials will prompt you to a list of apps where youll get Messenger, Mail, toobar, Writer, Movie Maker etc.
