    IE quick tab shortcut?


    I'm used to chrome, shortcut Ctrl t = new tab. Windows Explorer internet options says Ctrl q for a new tab. It does not work for me. Please help.

    The keyboard shortcut for new tab in IE is Ctrl t the same as Chrome ,Opera , Firefox & most other browsers.
    Quick tabs Ctrl Q if you have enabled it simply displays all your open tabs as thumbnails in a new tab & you can scroll down the page if you have lots of tabs.
    Using Quick Tabs in Internet Explorer

    Quick tabs only works if you have more than one tab open.

Quick Aero toggle (shortcut?)

I sometimes want to turn aero off quickly for a short period of time (e.g. when runing 3dsmax 64bit, the "disable desktop composition" in compatibility options is grayed out) and the method for vista (rundll32.exe dwmApi #102) doesn't work. Any ideas?
