Can't choose destination when downloading (not visible)

When I download something from the web with my new netbook, it looks like this. There's nothing to press and no destionation folder to choose.

What the hell am I supposed to do? Also, any window with a OK/cancel button thing at the bottom of the window, those buttons are not visible and can only be viewed slightly if I drag the window as far up as possible

Windows 7 Home Premium SP1

The default download destination is often set in your browser. There may also be an option there to ask you for the destination before downloading.

Windows 7 Home Premium x64 SP1

Hi Escalis

You clearly have a more widespread issue than download locations if those boxes are missing throughout explorer.
I would suggest you run a system file check firstly and post back any results - SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

You probably need to adjust your screen resolution, so that everything fits onto the screen.
Check the Google Chrome options to change the download destination folder.

Windows Explorer destination
Thank you for your help. When I click on the Windows Explorer icon it brings me to my libraries. Is there a way to change this, so when I click on the Explorer icon it brings me to some other folder location?
