    Where are my contacts

I've got windows live mail and when I click on my contacts there is nothing there. If I send someone an email I have the contacts there but can't delete them or do I know where they are at. Any ideas?

There should be a group of 5 icons in the left pane: Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Feeds, Newsgroups. When you click on Contacts it will hide everything else until you close the Contacts window. (At least that's how WLM 2009 behaves.)

You should also be aware that the contact list you see in WLM depends on whether or not you "signed-in". One list is your "signed-in" contact list and the other is your "not-signed-in" contact list.

I'm sign in all the time othewise I won't get my email. The 5 icons you mention and one of them has contacts however as I said in my post they are not there, they are somewhere else which I can't find,

"Signing-in" to WLM is different from your email account "logging in" to your email service provider to download your messages. "Signing in" refers to using the upper right part of the WLM window where your "profile name" appears. You have a different contact list depending on whether or not you are signed-in but you can always get your email when your account(s) log in to the email service provider(s).
