to turn it off
1.Right click on task bar
2. click on properties
3. change "task bar buttons" to "never combine"
i have already done that but its not working for the Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox that is why i mention it never combine only helps for the other programs like open window media or any messenger so it wont combine them but IE and Mozilla are combine even in the task bar the option is enable to never combine thx for the kind replys appreciate i hope there will any solution

How to disable Grouping of Folders On Taskbar
see the last post by WIN7Schnacke this is the same thing i am talking about here i hope that help to resolve this issue
For Firefox, click on Firefox / Options / Options.
On the Tabs page, uncheck Show tab previews in Windows Taskbar.
Ditto for IE. Tools / Internet Options. Click Settings button under Tabs.
Uncheck Show previews for individual tabs in taskbar*
Sorry that I late for the answer.
Ztruker 's post is correct. Follow his advice, and Firefox will not groups windows.
Color me confused, based on the Start Menu button in the image you posted, simonsez9, it appears to be Windows XP and an old version of Firefox that you are working with. Thus, there will be no option as suggested by Ztrucker on that machine. As I recall, there was an extension I used on older versions of Firefox that prevented the grouping you're referring to but I am not recalling what it is at the moment.
