    Download Toolbar Default Setting

I'm talking about the short thick white and yellow toolbar which came with a Windows update a while back. Anyway, I've found that ever since I installed that toolbar it's now using one of the old folders I had on my desktop at the time as a default folder. As a result whenever I try to delete the folder from my computer the toolbar always brings it back! Anyway to change the toolbar's default setting so I can delete the folder permanently?

    Hello Chips,

If you wanted to change the default download location that IE9 uses, then the tutorial below can help show you how to.
