Is Flash player 11.0 the latest one?

The lastest version number is 11.1.102.55 over all platforms,
except for Solaris (Mozilla) which is 11.1.102.56.

Yes, number 11 is the latest.

If your using ie9 active x filtering kills adobe flash player,
Click on the gear on the top right,
Point at safety, uncheck active x filtering,
Then click on internet options,
Go to the advanced section,
And check the top listing,
Use software rendering instead of gpu rendering, apply and okay.
