    Gmail


    Since I had my last problem with IE 9 which I deleted and went back to IE 8 my Gmail is now going very slow when I open a email so can anyone help please.

    Try switching to basic HTML for Gmail.

    As you now know, Gmail is not cmpatible w/ IE9.

    I suggest changing your password

    I have tried changing mhy password, still the same.

    How do I change back to HTML.

    HTML is not available in Gmail when accessed directly

    You are right -- I was dead wrong about the new Gmail not being compatible w/IE9

    Turns out this particular system's Group Policy was set to open all sites in Compatibility Mode. Once turned off, Gmail loaded fine for me. (Not exactly sure why GP was set like this - could have been a test I did).
