    Hello again.

I found babylon in the registry in may places. All but one could be deleted.

I tried to delete the mentioned one, but couldn't delete it.

I have the idea, that this string is the culprit of mine.

How do I delete it ?.
Right Click on "Main" in the left pane, and select Permissions.

Click Administrators, and chose Full Rights.

If this only happens to IE, try actually uninstalling and reinstalling Internet Explorer:

How do I install or uninstall Internet Explorer 9?

Then manually delete every IE Registry like Babylon after uninstall, then install IE again.

I have uninstalled IE, but forgot to delete the babylon in registry.

Another thing is, that when I wanted to install IE again, I got the info to
    close Windows Explorer.

I couldn't see, that it was running. What are this info about you think ?.

If you didn't remove all traces of Babylon, uninstall it again, then delete.

    Then install IE again.

Also show a screenshot of all your running processes,

Search for Babylon in Registry Editory (CTRL+F) and type Babylon, remove everything.

    Then install Internet Explorer 9.
