Firefox and Chrome, letters appears inside eachother

    Hi!
I have this computer here I'm trying to fix for a customer. The problem is that some text appears to stack up so it might seem like 3 letters are in the place of one.
As you can see in this picture.

I think this problem might be related to windows cleartype, but i can't figure out how.
    Text looks normal in IE.

Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Have you run through different screen resolutions and refresh rates?

I just tried to change resolution, change refresh rate and both at the same time, but it's still the same.

Does it happen with other fonts?
    Have you reset the zoom?

Yes and yes. I've tried to use different font in the browsers, but I don't know how to change language in windows (don't think this would help since the problem is still there when changing language in browser). Also tried to enable and disable the zoom on font, and the zoom utility. Not sure which one you mean.
    Still no luck..

Yeah, that's why I edited the language comment I made. I was speaking of the view tab in the menu there is a reset option for firefox. For chrome you just adjust the zoom percentage back to 100. But sounds like that's not the cause.

    What about the DPI setting?

Tried to change DPI aswell, same thing.
Even tried reinstalling the GPU-drivers, no result.
But I think it might be related to cleartype or w/e it's called. When I edit the settings in there, the letters that merge into eachoter change.

    Have you tried recalibrating then?

Recalibrate the monitor? It's on a laptop, so I'm not sure how to do that. Could you help me?:)
