Windows Mail Select Recipients box show order

I've had Windows Mail working well on Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit for over a year with no problems until very recently.

A problem started 3 days ago.

I have my Contacts List set to show alphabetically starting at A, and until 3 days ago, the Select Recipients box showed in the same order. It's now showing in the reverse order - starting with Z.

I can't find any way to alter this and can't find any references to the problem.

Any ideas for a fix please ?

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

I thought Windows Mail was only available in Vista? is it possible you are using Windows Live Mail.
Have to take a guess about Windows Mail , immediately above the contacts is there a box saying name like you get in Windows Explorer click it & it probably reverses the order.
Windows Live Mail look on the Ribbon in the View section for Sort by there are only two option's First name or Last name.

Windows 7

It is Windows Mail - not Windows Live Mail I'm using.
I can change the order for the Contacts List and when I reverse that, the order in the Select Recipients box doesn't change. When I change the order for the Contacts List back to what it was, the order in the Select Recipients box does not change.
There appears to be no way to change the order of the Select Recipients box.

Windows Live Mail without recipients' address
A request from a friend, so sorry if it's a bit vague. Is there a way of her sending an email so the recipient just sees her name and not email address? She has tried Tools, Accounts, Properties, General, and typing just the name, but it doesn't change. Any other ideas appreciated.

Messages show up maximized in Windows Live Mail
No matter what I do, I cannot make the message that I want to read reduce in size. In Vista, I could set it do so so. Now, it is always full screen. I have tried to drag the corner to make it smaller--to no avail. Any ideas??? Thanks.

Outlook 2003, Windows 7, and Undisclosed Recipients
I am running Outlook 2003 on a Windows 7 Professional laptop. I've changed the compatibility for Outlook to Windows XP, SP3; I had a Windows XP, SP3 machine before and Outlook ran perfectly fine on it, so that is how I want to run Outlook on my Win 7 machine. Outlook runs okay, except for 2 things....
