    How to get default email

    Hi

Have Microsoft Outlook 2007 as my main email but can`t get program defaults to keep it as main email even though i`ve ticked it should I disable Virgin Mail, if so how. My main ISP is Virgin Media.

    Is ther help out there?

    Thanks

Go control panel, programs, default programs, set your default program, and then select your email client and select set as default. Once this is done, then open your email client, I use oulook 2010, click file, click account settings, click account settings popup, then select email tab if not all ready, click on an email account....once highlighted, select as "set as default". That's it.

You can try to repair outlook from with in the control panel under add/remove programs....highlight MS office and then click change...the window that popups will give you 3 options...click on repair.
