    Can't send email- windows live error ID: 0x800ccc78


    The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address. The sender's email address was 'xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.net'.

    Server Response: 553 Authentication is required to send mail as <martinpalmer@uneedspeed.net>

    On the servers tab of account properties, you may have to check the box called "My Server requires authentication". That way when you are accessing the internet from an ISP different from the one providing email service, your email service provider will recognize you as their customer and allow you to send mail through them even though you are using a different ISP.
