Serveice Pack 1 didn't install because some other patches need to be installed first (don't know which). This is normal!

    I'll google for the error error_sxs_component_store_corrupt 0x80073712

    Please post C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.LOG
do it as admin otherwise you get "access denied". So in Elevated Command Prompt

    Code:
    copy c:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log c:\
Now post c:\cbs.log (you can delete c:\cbs.log afterwards)

perform SFC/SCANNOW as well in elevated command prompt. Any errors (post them)? Run it 3 times and post if errors were fixable

I don't know how to red it. It's all abracadabra for me.
But I'm almost sure there's some corruption. Google yourself please for:
    error_sxs_component_store_corrupt 0x80073712

but first thing to do is SFC /SCANNOW

    C:\Windows\system32>SFC/SCANNOW

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.
